Emma:

No problems, Thanks for having me.

James:

The village of E as far as obviously been around for a little while and growing I'm your old client services there it's a little bit of it update what's uh what's that involved in a day-to-day basis?

Emma:

Sure so Client Services is probably the best title but it doesn't begin to explain the things that I do so the village of useful suddenly that as an advertising agency but just the types of projects that we've become involved with it's now more on the side of innovation but still very technology heavy so my role when I started and when the village was more in the advertising space was almost completely account management so it was working with clients and with a team to to deliver things but as their roles changed I've had to up-skill my tech vocabulary really and now my role is actually a lot more around around the innovation and the strategy the village has quite a bit more of a focus now on customer experience as well every piece of technology has to exist in a world with people and customers and users so I've also been upscaling in in that area and so by having a better understanding of customers of the marketing landscape of technologies available I'm better able to help find the right solutions and the right tools to help to live our projects.
