This role provides an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to provide real influence during a period of growth and change.

We’re really looking for a technology focused Project Manager, someone who has experience working in an agile environment or strong knowledge of agile principles. Someone who can understand the business, how the business and people are affected by decisions, how projects affect different parts of the business.

The person who will succeed in this role does not need to be in the weeds, rather someone who can understand and manage a project at a high level, maintain governance without getting into the technical nuances of a project.

The objective of this role is to remove roadblocks for the teams to deliver.

Reporting to the PMO and part of the broader project team, the role of Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing projects in accordance with the project delivery framework to deliver agreed business outcomes

• Foster collaborative relationships across the business

• Contribute to ongoing development and improvement of the project management function across the organisation

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to complete project activities that deliver quality business outcomes within agreed budget and timeframes

You will succeed in this role if you have:

• A minimum of five years experience working in a project management capacity in a medium or large sized organisation

• Experience with and knowledge of agile principles

• Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes.

Furthermore, you must be comfortable coming into a new environment, with processes in place, projects underway, and engaging stakeholders. Your ability to influence all levels of an organisation, and bring people together will go a long way to ensuring your success.
