Your role

We have multiple roles available in multiple companies, so there truly is something for everyone. To sum it up, all roles will provide you with excellent initial exposure to enterprise product development within a collaborative team environment where you’ll learn from the best. Development teams are large and well-supported with diverse technical backgrounds and roles (including in-house QA). If you’re a recent graduate or about to graduate, this is the perfect way to start your career off on the right foot.

Start dates are flexible and remuneration is competitive, with regular reviews. All of our roles are based in Newcastle with a requirement to be on-premises the majority of the time.

What you bring to the table

• Recent graduate in B.CompSci or B.Eng (Software), or going to graduate in the next 12 months (applicants with high grade point average will be preferred, though we know grades aren’t everything)

• Commercial experience in software development regardless of tech stack is highly regarded

• A positive and clear style of communication, both internally and externally

• A body of work, inclusive of university projects and your own side projects

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia for at least 24 months (we cannot sponsor)
